Customers have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days for any reason, and return the item to receive a refund. If the reason for return is not our error, postage will not be refunded.


If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, then please contact us with the problem, and we will do our utmost to sort it out quickly and fairly.

Damage or breakages  occur after delivery are not our responsibility.

We do our best to keep the site up to date and check that all the information is correct.

We reserve the right to cancel an order - if we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment or the product is out of stock.
